- Quiznos Tuna Melt with cheese and dressing – 1740 calories, 136 grams of fat, 1940 mg of sodium
- P.F. Changs Double Pan-Fried Noodles Combo – 1820 calories, 84 grams of fat, a heart-stopping 7692 mg of sodium
- Friendly’s Ultimate Grilled Cheese Burger Melt – 1500 calories, 97 grams of fat, 2090 mg of sodium
- Basken-Robbins Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Shake – 1690 calories, 72 grams of fat, 710 mg of sodium
- Cheesecake Factory Chocolate Tower Truffle Cake – 1670 calories, fat content not available, 879 mg of sodium
